Playtournament RULES
§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions") define the rules for the provision of Digital Services and the online delivery of Digital Content for mobile phones, tablets, and computers, offered by Intech FZCO, with its registered office in Zouk Mosbeh (Lebanon), at Badawi Bldg, underground -1 floor, Main Road, Zouk Mosbeh, Lebanon. 2. Everyone is required to read the Terms and Conditions before using the Service. Use of the Service is subject to acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
3. The Services (defined below) may be used by Users of the Polkomtel Sp. z o.o. (PLUS), Orange Polska S.A. (ORANGE), T-Mobile Polska S.A. networks. (T-MOBILE), P4 Sp. z o.o. (PLAY), hereinafter also referred to as the "Operator" or "Operators."
4. Users are obligated to use the Service and the Website within the limits of applicable Polish law and in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
5. Intech FZCO SAL makes the Terms and Conditions available free of charge in a manner that enables the acquisition, reproduction, and recording of the Terms and Conditions using the IT system used by Intech FZCO, namely on the website: https://playtournament.mobi/pl/pt/terms.html. The Terms and Conditions are also available at the registered office of Intech FZCO.
§ 2 DEFINITIONS
The terms indicated below in the Terms and Conditions have the following meanings:
1. User – an adult natural person using the Service under these Terms and Conditions, whereby individuals with limited legal capacity may use the Services subject to the consent of their legal representative, and individuals lacking legal capacity subject to the provision of their legal representative acting on their behalf.
2. Digital Content – data generated and delivered in digital form as specified on the Website. The Digital Content Database offered by Intech FZCO is periodically updated on the Website by Intech FZCO. The quantity and type of Digital Content available on the Website vary over time.
3. Digital Service – a service enabling: a) the generation, processing, storage, or access to data specified on the Website in digital form; b) the sharing of data specified on the Website in digital form, which has been uploaded or generated by the User or other users of this service; c) other forms of interaction indicated on the Website using digital data.
4. Service(s) – the paid provision of Digital Content or Digital Services by Intech FZCO via the Website, at the individual request of the User.
5. Fee – the monetary amount the User is obligated to pay for the Service, specified at the time of order placement. The fee may be one-time or recurring, depending on the offer.
6. Website – the online multimedia platform where the Service can be used, available at: https://pl.playtournament.mobi.
7. Agreement – the agreement for the provision of the Service, concluded between the User and Intech FZCO through acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and the Service description on the Website.
8. SMS / SMS message (Short Message Service) – a short text message consisting of no more than 160 characters (letters, numbers, special characters) that can be sent to any mobile phone, containing content entered by the sender.
9. Access Service – a service provided by the Operator based on the relevant terms and conditions of the given Operator, enabling the Operator's subscribers (Users) to order paid access to the Service and pay for the order by adding the due fee to the invoice for the purchase of the Operator's telecommunications services (in the case of a postpaid subscriber) or by deducting the due amount from the funds accumulated in the subscriber's account (in the case of a prepaid subscriber).
§ 3 TERMS OF USE OF THE SERVICES
1. A detailed description of the Services offered by Intech FZCO, along with their prices, is available on the Website.
2. Due to the fact that the Service database on the Website is updated periodically, availability and descriptions vary over time.
3. Intech FZCO has the right to update and develop the functionality of the Services and the Website.
4. Services on the Website are subject to a fee.
5. The Service can only be purchased using the Access Service.
6. Intech FZCO may periodically offer Services as part of promotions, the terms and availability of which will be indicated on the Website.
7. Using the Service requires internet access. Service fees do not include internet data transmission costs associated with using the Service, which the User pays in accordance with the tariff of the Operator whose services they use.
8. The Services are available in the Republic of Poland. Intech FZCO may also offer the Service to Users outside the territory of the Republic of Poland; in such case, the appropriate information will appear in the service description.
